HHDD Terms & Conditions — Please read before use

1 General Terms

HHDD (https://hhdd.best) is an online gaming platform offering gaming and Sports Betting services to users in Bangladesh and other countries. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the user of the HHDD platform ("Member" or "you") and HHDD.

By creating an account on HHDD or using the platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using HHDD.

HHDD's terms and conditions are published in Bengali for the convenience of our Bangladeshi members. If you have any questions or need clarification, please contact HHDD's customer support.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with HHDD, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years old. Use of HHDD by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Each person may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be suspended.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• Online gaming must be legally permitted under the laws of the country where you reside.
• Professional players or HHDD employees may not participate in certain games.

Identity Verification (KYC)

HHDD complies with international regulations and reserves the right to verify members' identities. KYC verification is mandatory before withdrawals or for transactions above a specified amount. This may require:

• National ID card (NID) or passport copy
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of payment method (mobile banking screenshot)

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on HHDD:

Deposit

• HHDD accepts deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Deposits are usually credited instantly. If there is any delay, please contact customer support within 24 hours.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted. It is recommended that deposits and withdrawals use the same payment method.

Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand BDT).
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours.
• Bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if KYC verification has not been completed.
• HHDD reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

HHDD offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, detailed on the relevant promotion page. The following general rules apply to all HHDD bonuses:

• The welcome bonus is available exclusively to new members making their first deposit.
• Each bonus has a specific wagering requirement (WR) — typically 20–35x the bonus amount.
• There is a set time limit to complete the wagering requirement (typically 7–30 days).
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless otherwise stated in the promotion's terms.
• If bonus abuse or bonus hunting is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• HHDD reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5 Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all games played on HHDD:

• All HHDD games are fully fair and RNG (Random Number Generator) certified. Every game outcome is completely random.
• If a technical issue occurs during gameplay (such as a power outage or loss of internet connection), HHDD will endeavor to refund the bet for that round, though this may not always be possible.
• Exploiting bugs in the game software to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited. Any winnings obtained this way will be considered void.
• For Sports Betting, the odds and rules set by HHDD are final.
• Betting based on match-fixing or the use of insider information is strictly prohibited.

Live Casino Rules

In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. If a disconnection occurs mid-game, the outcome of that hand will be determined by HHDD's server records. Inappropriate behavior or threats in Live Casino are prohibited and may result in account suspension.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the HHDD platform:

• Money Laundering: HHDD takes a firm stance against money laundering. Any suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Automated betting software: Using bots, scripts, or any other automated means to place bets is prohibited.
• Multiple accounts: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or for any other purpose is strictly prohibited.
• Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback after making a deposit will be treated as fraud and may result in legal action.
• Hacking or cyberattacks: Any unauthorized attempt to access HHDD's systems is strictly prohibited and will be met with legal action.
• Harassment of others: Disrespectful or threatening behavior toward other members or HHDD staff is strictly prohibited.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

HHDD may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• In cases of terms and conditions violations
• In cases of failed KYC verification or submission of false information
• If unusual or suspicious gaming patterns are detected
• For self-exclusion requests under the Responsible Gaming policy
• By court order or government directive

Members may also request account closure at any time by emailing support@hhdd.best. Any remaining balance may be withdrawn prior to closure, provided no terms have been violated.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

HHDD takes the privacy of its members' personal information very seriously. Our Privacy Policy outlines in detail how your data is collected, used, and kept secure.

• Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, government restrictions, etc.)

10 Policy on Changes to Terms

HHDD reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, HHDD will notify members via email or an on-platform notice.
